Carichs provides 30 days return service, customers can apply for return or refund if they are not satisfied with the item or the item is damaged within 30 days after receiving the item, if more than 30 days, we do not provide return as well as refund.

Return & Exchange Process
1. If you need to return/exchange the goods, please contact our customer service first, stating the reason for the return/exchange and providing proof of qualified pictures；
2. after our verification, we will notify you by email whether your return/exchange request is approved or rejected；
3. If your return/exchange request is approved, you will need to send the item back to our newly given mailing address. If your return/exchange request is denied, we are very sorry that you cannot make a return/exchange.
1. Items cannot be sent back to the original address, a new mailing address will be provided by mail.
2. We do not pay for the logistics costs incurred in the return of goods for exchange, but need to be paid by the customer.
Partial Refund (if applicable)
1. Damage to the packaging of the item during transportation.
2. The item is broken but does not affect the use.

Carichs will refund the refund amount to your original account within 14 business days after receiving your returned items.
