About the Delivery time
Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 1 business days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time. *If your item was out stock, the processing time will be extended 1-2 business days for urgent replenishment.
Shipping time: Normally it will take 3-15 business days by expedited shipping method.
We will update the tracking number by email after the order shipped, and you can also find the tracking number on your account.
Delivery time may vary, especially during the peak periods, please be more patient.
*If the package does not arrive in time, please contact us within 6 months after delivery and our agent will respond to you within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
